Important Considerations:

1. This manual adapter lacks autofocus and an aperture ring.
2. Installation requires skill—avoid applying excessive force.
3. When adapting an APS-frame lens to a full-frame camera, be aware that vignetting may occur; some cameras can correct this by adjusting to APSC settings.
4. Conversely, using a full-frame lens on an APS-frame camera yields outstanding edge-to-edge sharpness. The smaller image field reduces lens distortion and aberration effects by utilizing the lens's 'sweet spot' or the center of its larger image circle. Furthermore, it will effectively extend the focal length by factors of 1.6 for Canon, 1.5 for Nikon and Sony, and 2.0 for M4/3 systems.

Infinity Focus Position:

For the telephoto or super telephoto lenses, the infinity mark [∞] has been adjusted slightly towards the positive side. This modification allows for focus adjustment, even if temperature changes impact focus. This range of adjustment is indicated by an L-shaped line. Always confirm focus through the viewfinder, particularly when shooting at infinity.

'No Lens Attached' Warning Message:

1. If your camera shows a message stating "lens is not properly installed," you will need to modify your camera settings. Navigate to: 'Menu' -> 'Setup' -> 'Release w/o Lens' -> 'Enable.' (Note that the exact names and locations of settings may vary by camera model). If your lens lacks a manual aperture control ring, it will default to the maximum aperture. In order to adjust the aperture without a manual control ring, you must detach the adapter ring and make the adjustments on the camera itself.

2. For first-time users of the adapter, ensure that the "release shutter without lens" option is enabled; otherwise, the camera may not recognize the lens, preventing the shutter from triggering.
